Ilocos Norte’s best kept secret is out. Yes, paradise does exist, and it is named Adams. This little town, which used to be hidden from the rest of the world, is a study of superlatives. Located at the Northeastern end of the province, Adams has a population of 1400. It is a haven of peace and tranquility with a zero crime rate which makes it an ideal place to live.
